5:15pm Meet at Church of Incarnation
5:30pm Depart for campground near Beckley, WV (estimated driving time: 3 hrs.)
Pack your own dinner
8:30 - 9:30pm Check in and set up tent
10:00pm Lights out
Saturday, August 12
7:30am - 8:30am Breakfast
9:00am - 3:00pm (???) Rafting
Will find out if lunch will be provided.
3:00pm - 6:00pm Ace Adventure Center various activities. Costs Extra.
6:00pm - 7:30pm Dinner
8:00 - 10:00pm Camp fire
10:00pm - Lights out
Sunday, August 13
8:00 - 9:00am - Breakfast
9:00 - 9:30am - Break Camp
9:30 - 12:30pm - Church of Incarnation.
Trip costs -
Scouts: $130 for the whole trip. Spending money and activities at ACE Adventure Center are extra.
Adults: $170 plus spending money.
